The Auditori i Palau de Congressos de Castelló, a building of remarkable architecture characterised by its asymmetric shape, plays an important role in establishing Castellón as a meeting centre.
The interior is characterised by its spaciousness and the simplicity of the materials. White concrete, a sober, timeless material, grey quartzite paving, wood, glass and steel have been used in its construction. Space, light, and the 90,000 m2 park surrounding the Centre are the chief protagonists.
The park, one of the most important green lungs in the city, is divided into 4 areas: the Jardín de los Naranjos, la Colina, el Bosque Caduco and el Bosque de Morera.
