A Promenade by its streets, will help the visitor to meet its past through its quarters. La Villa, is identified with an moorish city and was declared National Artistic Monument. Las Peñas, old moorish district and the Arrabal the modern district site in the old jewish quarter.
We will start by the Quarter of the Villa, walking up by the Cuesta del Castillo, where we will find the Torre del Homenaje and the Alcazaba with its walls and towers. This will be folowed by the vsit to the Patio de Armas and the Medina, where we can satand out the Church of Santa María(XIV Century) and of the Salvador (XV Century) both gotic style and declared National Monument. We will keep walking to the Albornoz Square that lead us to the Cuevas de la Villa.
Following the promenade we will arrive to the Medina, site of the Old Jewish Quarter.
Finishing the visit to the Villa leading by the Cuesta del Santo Ángel to the Barrio del Arrabal, where the mordern city stand out.
In the afternoon we will visit a winery, where we will see all the process of the wine making. And the day will end up woth a wine tasting.
