It was the main city of Edetania in the VI and II Centuries a.c., with importants archeological beds in el Tossal de Sant Miquel and the iberics settlements as the Montravana.
Its great splendor was in the I Century, roman period where we could find the Roman Mausoleum
or the
Santuario Ocular de Mura
.
We wil step on in the Muslim Lliria where we can find wery well conserved the Arab Baths and the Iglesia de la Sangre. We will visit also the Medieval Walls, the Iglesia del Buen Pastor and the Arqueological Museum.
For the afternoon we can chose between the Renaissance Monument as the Ca la Vila (the Town Hall) and the Iglesia de la Asunción or meet the internationally known musical societies; or instead to relax walking in the Parque de Sant Viçent, natural water fountain full of vegetation.
